Who We Are
Eagle Peak Ranch POA is the Property Owners Association for Eagle Peak Ranch Filing 1, incorporated in October 1991. Eagle Peak Ranch is a covenant controlled community of 27 lots of 35 acres each. Restrictions are kept to a minimum while keeping in constant focus the right of property owners to enjoy their property in attractive surroundings, free of nuisance, undue noise and danger. Further, it is intended that the natural environment be disturbed as little as possible. We are located near Hwy 69 and Co Rd 1 in Cotopaxi, CO.
